Hi, I’m Jennifer, a life coach dedicated to helping women create lives that are both joyful and fulfilling. I specialize in guiding women who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their true desires. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social behavior, a master’s degree in education, and certifications in coaching, trauma healing, and yoga.
My own journey has been the foundation of the work I do today. I’ve navigated periods of uncertainty, burnout, and self-doubt—questioning if I could create a life that truly aligned with my passions. Through this, I developed the Subtle Shifts Method, a step-by-step process to help women make lasting change without feeling overwhelmed. This method is built on the belief that small, intentional shifts can lead to big, transformative results over time.
By applying the Subtle Shifts Method to my own life, I was able to break free from old patterns, align with my true purpose, and design a life that feels abundant, peaceful, and in alignment with who I am at my core. It’s a life that brings me joy and fulfillment, and I’m deeply passionate about helping other women experience the same.
